I cannot believe that I am writing a post here. What have I been reduced to? Our family is struggling deeply -both of our vehicles have over 130,000 miles and are experiencing problems...We just keep putting money into a sinking ship. My student loans are at 91,000 and the chances are that in my profession I will not ever make enough to meet those obligations from a Bachelor's and Master's Degree. I honestly don't know where to turn...our credit is horrible b/c of student loan obligations and everything is backing up. In addition, our oldest child will be going to college next year and there is no way that we can help her. I don't know at the times over the years that I have helped others when I was able, however, now I cannot even help myself or my family. I know that in many ways we are blessed and there are certainly others who are more desperate that we, but right now it just hurts. Oh well, thanks for allowing me to vent. I know God is in control and I seek to follow each and everyday, but some days are harder than others. Especially when we see family members with so many more resources and abilities who are unwilling to help.
